Let me introduce myself...

You can call me Bailee. I'm a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience tackling the hard problems. The kind where the requirements are specific (even contradictory), the stakeholders have strong opinions, and the users just want to make their jobs easier. That's where I thrive.

I lead with research because I've learned that confident assumptions are usually wrong. I'd rather talk to users early and course-correct than spend a month polishing something that misses the mark.

I'm collaborative, endlessly curious, and believe inclusive design is the whole point, not simply a consideration.

Outside of design, I'm an audio engineer. I've always been drawn to the details people feel before they notice. I also enjoy travelling whenever I can. Sitting in unfamiliar places and experiencing how different people move through their days is honestly some of the best research I've ever done.
